Saidi Raks Assaya Workshops/Mini Course

Cynthia specialises in both traditional and modern Raks Assaya (Egyptian Cane dancing). Having studied in Egypt with master teachers in this dance form, Cynthia will share with you her historical, cultural and technical knowledge that she has gained over the years. She incorporates both the masculine and feminine movements of the dance, creating her strong earthy signature style that she has now become so well known for in London.

The 2 following workshops have been designed so that you can chose to do
only one workshop or both of them combined as a mini course in “Raks Assaya”.
If you would like to do both workshops a discounted price is offered if you pay in advance. See below for details.
