7.30 - 8.30pm
Cynthia will give a brief talk about the cultural aspects and health benefits of the dance, followed by a mini style lesson for those that want to participate and learn some basic movements.
The session will finish with a short performance by Cynthia!
Ladies can also enrol for the classes at the end of the evening session.
